Play ClubTX – Daily Games, No Buy-ins!
Have fun playing poker online, compete on the ClubTX leaderboard (a separate region), and play for seats at the Bar Poker Open! (Because these are league seats if you already have a seat thru BPO you have several choices 1.Use as a rebuy or 2. Use as travel reimbursement).
How It Works
You pay a weekly membership fee of $10, and play in as many games as you want.
Nightly Games
Games will run every night. Play as often as you like!
Out-of-state players will not be allowed to join this Club.
The top players in each game win “tickets.” The number of tickets awarded depends on the number of club members.
40 club members – top 4 players each win a ticket
50 club members – top 5 players each win a ticket
60 club members – top 6 players each win a ticket
… etc.
Each ticket represents an entry into one of our Satellites.
Satellites
Each satellite will be a 24-seat Sit’n’Go. The winner gets a paid seat into the Bar Poker Open Main Event!
These satellites will be available every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday night, beginning in week 2, as long as there are at least 24 unique players holding tickets. If the seats fill up, the game starts.
The actual number of satellites that will fire each week will depend on the number of members in the Club, since more members means more tickets are being awarded. We expect to be giving away one or two seats each week.
What is a Sit-n-Go?
All on line poker sites, and many live poker rooms, have had these for years. The concept is that there are a fixed number of tournament seats, and as soon as they are filled, the tournament begins.
