How to Log In

If You Don't Know Your Password...

You can login without a password on the login page, by simply entering either you user id or your email address. The system will email you a link which you can click to log in.

It is perfectly acceptable to use this method as your normal login process, in which case you really don't need to know your password.

After you log in using this method, you will see a link to change your password, if you wish.

Help Creating an Account

You should be able to create a player account here.

If you tried to create an account on that page and had trouble, please tell us exactly what kind of error you saw or what happened when you submitted your information.

Also, please tell us what email address you were creating an account for.

BPO Tokens

Please be aware that the input of BPO tokens is currently a manual process, and there are multiple people involved. So, please be patient and allow at least two business days for your tokens to show up.

If it has been two business days, and you do not see your token in your BPO account, please tell us at what game (venue and date) you believe you won a token, so we can look into it.
