Greg Barone won first place in the BPO online event this past weekend, which means he gets a full Vegas travel package (airfare and hotel) and seats to BOTH the $100,000 East Coast Championship in Atlantic City, December 2017, and the $200,000 West Coast Championship in Las Vegas, June 2018.
Greg started playing poker in 2013 when a work colleague took him to a game at a local bar.
Since then, Greg has been to four BPO National Championships, finishing in the money last December in Atlantic City, where he says “I barely snuck in at 61st out of 63 to survive Day 1, and finished somewhere around 24th — went out with pocket 9s to pocket jacks.”
Greg adds, “I find the Opens to be a blast. I was/am thrilled to have won that opening weekend after Vegas package including seats to both upcoming Opens! The BPO email I received informs me it’s valued at over $1k and I agree. Looking forward to both events and continuing to play online to sweeten the already awesome deal I have!”
