Kontenders is proud to support Costume Connections of Texas.
Costume Connections helps less fortunate children and their families with a shopping experience for a costume for Halloween. Kids who’s families can not afford to participate in school parades, trick-or-treating and other festivities are left with feelings of exclusion and shame. Their goal is to help eliminate the burden of deciding whether to buy gas or pay a bill or buy Halloween costumes for their children.
This is a 60/40 charity event meaning that 60% of all money collected will go back to the players as the prizepool.
Suggested donation for entry is $10 for 10K in chips.
1 costume = 10K in bonus chips.
Get 50K for bringing any combination of costumes and donations that is equal or greater than $30!
Food bonus chips are in play as well.
5K for every $5 you spend or $15 for 25K.
Add-ons
You are allowed a maximum of $40 in any combination of costumes including a $10 donation for a maximum starting stack of 60K before food bonus chips.
Add-ons are allowed at the first two breaks and whenever you re-enter the tournament after losing all of your chips.
There will be no Gracious Loser re-entries.
Blinds will be the standard 3.5hr game.
