We play at the Train Station Bar and Grill, at the train tracks on North Harrison Avenue. With a nice outdoor patio, a number of TV’s, and great food, this is a very nice venue for one of our weekly Cary poker tournaments.
Another favorite is Break Time Billiards, a spacious and well-lit venue where you can sit and watch sports or shoot some pool between games.
Also, don’t miss Upper Deck Sports Bar, another fun place to eat and have some drinks, listen to music, and play some cards.
New to the Kontenders family, but rapidly becoming a crowd favorite, is the Corner Tavern and Grill. Rumor has it that the food is wonderful, so if you are anywhere near Cary, come on out and join us for a friendly, free game of tavern poker!

With poker tournaments at least six nights a week right here in Cary, and additional games in nearby Raleigh, Durham, Apex, Fuquay-Varina, Clayton, and Garner, we are making it easy for our RDU area players to come out and play. And since we are competing for over $300,000 a year, just playing free poker, there is just no reason to stay home!
